This is a portrait film of Lars and Nirin, who lived in an 18th century apartment in Nantes, France. The interior of their home conveys their interests and backgrounds; Danish Modern, revealing Lars' Scandinavian background, while retaining touches of Nirin's native Brittany. Hospitality and cooking are vital parts of their daily lives. In this film, the camera plays an active part while Lars and Nirin move through the film frame, constantly recreating the compositions.
